- Business & Project Details: Company Name, GSTIN (for B2B invoicing), floor plans, camera quantity requirements, access control points, and IT infrastructure specifications.
- On-Premises Surveillance & Biometrics: All CCTV video recordings, biometric attendance templates (fingerprint/face), and access logs remain exclusively stored on the Client's local on-premises NVRs and storage drives. FastFin Solutions does not own, access, or transfer such data without written customer authorization.
2. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing
- To respond to service inquiries, provide customized Bills of Materials (BoM), and deliver commercial quotes.
- To dispatch certified installation engineers and fulfill hardware warranty maintenance and AMC obligations.
- To generate statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliant tax invoices.
- To maintain server security and prevent fraudulent or abusive inquiries.
3. Data Protection & Non-Disclosure
- We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in accordance with Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal or corporate data to third parties.
4. Rights of Data Principals (Under DPDP Act 2023)
- Right to Access & Summary: You may request a summary of personal information processed by FastFin Solutions.
- Right to Correction & Erasure: You may request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of obsolete contact records.
- Right to Grievance Redressal: You have the right to register concerns directly with our designated Grievance Officer.
